Veejay Villafranca is the first Asian to win the Ian Parry Scholarship Award. He has been a resident artist at Visa Pour l’Image in Arles, France and the first Filipino to be selected for the Joop Swart Masterclass in the Netherlands. SIGNOS is his first book.
