A new version of Tsuchida's Suna wo kazoeru ("Counting Grains of Sand") which was published in 1990 and comprised black and white photographs taken from the mid-1970's until 1989. In this new version published in 2005, Tsuchida supplements the original photographs from the original book with color images shot on the same theme, that of crowds and public spaces, that he took from 1995 to 2004.
