For me one of the greatest photobooks ever made. The printing is outstanding (heliogravure, given up in most books after WWII), the perspective (as the title says) on female nudes does not produce erotic pictures at all. Instead you get a surreal setting, sometimes claustrophobic, sometimes depressing, some are of endless beauty and let you forget that you're looking at photos. One of the books I have to return to every so often...
