"Focusing on the main concept of the book -blurring and dissolution of identity- I decided to make the whole book disappear.
With the use of chemicals, the original images were transferred into a new paper, vanishing their original form and suggesting only their traces.
This new dissolved images were photographed and used to recreate a new book, with the exact same sequence of the first edition." (Verónica Fieiras)
