This series of images were recorded in the outskirts of Madrid. Since 2008 many countries in Europe have endured an economic crisis, Spain amongst them. Five years on, Spain still is trying to come to terms with what may have happened. The photographs are a reflection of the sense of failure and disappointment that people are experiencing across the Spanish landscape.
Chronicles are a series of pocket sized photography zines. Each zine is a platform for a photographer to show work that is based on a particular theme.
